With the help of one dedicated tenant, one godsend of a neighbor, and a cameo buffing appearance by the Good Scientist, we were able to achieve this in just one (laborious) day:
And I can only image how quickly it might have gone if I had kept my cell phone on me and heard the two additional neighbors knocking on the door for who-knows-how-long in their efforts to come and help as well! (Ack, that was an embarrassing oversight.)
